I have a number with another operator, how do I transfer it to you?

The number transfer process is very simple. You contact your existing operator to request an OKU code (subscriber verification code). They will give it to you either immediately or by the next working day. At www.telestica.cz, you choose your tariff and fill in the phone number to be ported and the OKU code you have received at the end of your order. Once the order is submitted, we will contact you to verify the information and the desired date of number porting. Before the actual porting of the phone number, you will receive a new SIM card from us to which your number will be ported on the scheduled date. The deactivation of the SIM card of the leaving operator will be carried out on the scheduled day between 0:00 and 2:00. The new SIM card will then be activated on the Telestica network between 4:00 and 6:00. From now on you can use our services. If you are unclear about anything, we will be happy to advise you and guide you through the number transfer on our customer line 730 731 732.

What is a virtual operator?

A mobile virtual operator is an operator that does not manage its own infrastructure but uses the infrastructure of another operator. Telestica uses the T-Mobile network, which is characterised by excellent coverage throughout the country and the fastest 4G network.

We are not primarily focused on this type of service, but if you call our customer service line, we will try to support you in this area as well.

What are the conditions of the "3 months free tariff" promotion?

All you have to do is recommend our services to someone, such as other family members, acquaintances, colleagues or friends. For everyone who becomes our customer, you will get your flat rate for 3 months for free. This promotion is cumulative, so you don't pay a flat rate for half a year for two referred customers and a full calendar year for four customers. We forgive the flat rate up to the tariff of the customer you bring in.

Do available minutes carry over to the next period?

Yes, unused minutes are carried over to the next billing period.

What happens if I exhaust all data?

When you run out of data, your internet will stop and you can increase the amount of data by switching to a higher internet plan.

Can I change tariffs and internet during the billing period?

Calling tariffs can be changed at any time and the change will be reflected in the following billing period. Internet can also be changed or added at any time and the change will be reflected immediately after the request is processed. You can use all the dates of your subscribed Internet plans in a given month.

Can I set a maximum call limit?

At the moment this function is not possible.

How do I cancel the redirection to voicemail?

Simply cancel this function in your mobile phone settings. Or you can simply enter the code ##21# into your phone and send it using the call button. Alternatively, contact us and we will cancel the call forwarding for you.

Can I disable the sending of Premium SMS messages?

Premium SMS messaging is inactive when the service is set up. This service can be enabled by calling our customer service line 730 731 732.

What can I do to avoid unwanted roaming?

If you live in a border area, check which network you are calling on. In the EU, you can call at the same price as at home. If you're in a border area between an EU country and a non-EU country, you can manually set your device to the operator of that EU country. If you don't want to use data abroad, you can turn it off on your phone.

How is it in foreign countries with audiotext services and colour links?

Calls to non-subscriber numbers are specially charged. The price of calls for these services is determined by the roaming partner itself and the service provider only recharges the customer the price communicated and charged by the roaming partner.

What is the quality of service and coverage abroad?

The services provided abroad correspond to the technical capabilities of the local operator whose services you are using. The same conditions apply to the quality of service as in the Czech Republic.

What are my options for claiming roaming services ?
