The biggest advantages of a virtual mobile operator - which are they?

Vodafone, T-Mobile and O2 are among the best known mobile service providers in the country, but they are not the only choice. Increasingly, you'll also find virtual operators with a number of interesting offers - such as lower call costs and better tariffs - in store.

A common concern associated with virtual operators is the lack of an information line and premium packages. But of course this does not apply in all cases - like Telestica. No communication with the machines awaits you here - you will always deal directly with the operator, so any problems can be easily resolved. Let's now take a closer look at some of their most tempting advantages.

1. More favourable tariffs

Virtual operators do not have their own infrastructure and must therefore be connected to one of the three mobile network operators mentioned above. On the other hand, they can offer lower call prices and a clearer range of services. Of course, each of them offers slightly different conditions.

Telestica, for example, offers Tarif 100 with a data volume of 50 MB, 50 free minutes to all networks and a price of CZK 0.50 per minute for calls within the Telestica network and CZK 1.50 to other networks (the same applies to SMS messages). The monthly price is corresponding - 100 CZK. More extensive is their Tarif 200 or Tarif 300 - the price per minute of call and the volume of data are the same in both cases as in Tarif 100, but the number of free minutes differs. And if you don't use up your free minutes, they automatically roll over to the next billing period. In addition, you can change the tariff at will (i.e. once per billing period, the tariff change will always take effect from the next calendar month).

2. Free SIM card

With Telestica, you get basically everything you can for free. The production, shipping and activation of your SIM card is completely free. You won't be surprised by any additional costs even if you decide to switch from another mobile operator and have your number ported. The terms and conditions are set up very simply and there are no hidden charges.

3. You don't have to subscribe to anything

The contract is open-ended, so you don't have to worry about making a commitment that will only make your life more difficult. If something doesn't suit you, you can just agree or you can cancel the contract at any time. The notice period is only one month.

4. You can use the child tariff and help the environment

Do you want your offspring to be able to call you without any problems and not spend a lot of money on toll-free lines? Then consider a child tariff, which doesn't allow calls to pay lines at all. Whether your child can call abroad or use roaming services is then entirely up to you. The tariff will only cost you 100 CZK per month.
